A much needed weekend!

So we have been planing on taking a little trip up to our friends cabin for a while now. What do ya know, the kids get sick right before we leave. I was so bummed. Luckily Matt's mom came to the rescue and we were still able to go up for one night..... Even better, no kids! So here are some pics of our much needed time away...


We were first welcomed by this scary bear on wheels. REALLY SCARY! lol

Lesson learned! Never start a snow ball fight with Matt. OK, actually I am totally waiting for pay back!

We had so much fun. It was so nice to get away. Thanks for cooking a great breakfast. It was so good. Tell Matt to watch his back next time. We will think of something to totally get him back.
